A) Summary of contract

With the apply for a book, the guest is accepting the terms and conditions an
In 24 hours, the owner will answer the apply of booking by E- mail.
With the confirm of your reservation, is the booking all ready done between the guest and the
owner of the house.

B) Advance payment / partial payment

1. Advance payment.

After the booking conformation, the guest has 5 days for make an advance payment of the 35% of
the total amount in an account number that will be indicated.
The owner of the house is able to cancellated the booking, when the advance payment is not done.
One day after the reservation, the guest will receive by e-mail the bank account number.

2. Partial payment.

The rest of the payment of 65% of the total amount, must be transfer in the bank account
indicated, minimum 14 days before the arrival.
The owner of the house is able to cancellated the booking if the partial payment is not booked in
the 14 days before arrival.

3. Short term booking.

The short-terms booking, in 3 weeks or less, before the arrival, must be paid the total amount in 48
hours, after receiving the e-mail confirmation.
The owner of the house is able to cancel the booking, if the payments is not correctly done in the
right period of time.
Please remain, that sometimes due to different countries, and of course different banks holidays,
some transfers may need more than 48 horas. Therefore, send us, as soon as possible the
confirmation of the transfer by e-mail to: info@casa-do-grilo.com

C) Cancellation

1. Cancellation by guest.

1.1 After 00:00 hours of the arrival day is not permitted any cancellation.

1.2 If you don`t arrived day indicated day, will be charged 100 % of the total amount.

1.3 In case of cancellation the following charge will be :

Cancellations, less than 21 days before arrival: 35% of the total amount.
Cancellations, less than 7 days before arrival: 65% of the total amount
Cancellations, less than 3 days before arrival: 85% of the total amount.

1.4 By e-mail and the web-side it is possible both ways the cancellation to make it.

In case that you don’t have the web-side, you get the possibility to cancel by e-mail.

The cancellation by e-mail, is requested the number of booking and the name and sure name of the
guest.

1.5 For to get your refund you must let us know your banks details, account number and the
bank that you wish the transfer made.

There is no obligation, the booking with lost of the payment, when the guest is not coming in the
first 24 hours, from the day of check-in, except that the guest confirms the arrival in the according
period of time.


2. Cancellation by the owner

2.1 Force majeure - Damage due to a force majeure may will be necessary to cancel booking. In
these cases, the owner will refund the total amount of the booking, and as well, the owner will try
to provide an accommodation and will try all the best.

2.2 Absence - In case of absence in the according period of time, it is not anymore obligation to
keep the booking, and with the result of loosing the payment if the guest don’t come, except that
he will confirm to check -in.


2.3 treme events - In case of extreme events (earthquake, strikes, wars, very heavy stormy
weather), and the guest could not enjoy the stay, then he will get till 75% of the booking.

D) Reclamation

If the guest wishes to do any complaint, must be done in the first six days of arrival.
The owner of the house is committed to solve it. Once the guest has gone, complaints will be not
accepted.

E) Exclusion from responsibility

1. The owner of the house will not carry any responsibility from lost, injured, cancellation or any
additional cost.
2. It is a responsibility`s guest to have all documents and medical insurances up to date.

F) Protection of data privacy

1. The owner is committed to the law “Ley Orgánica 15/99“,of data privacy from the 13 of
December.

2. According to these laws, the owner will inform the following subjects. The owner will try all the
best services that he may offer in his web and to satisfy the customer wishes.

3. The owner will work out automatically all the data for the next steps.

4. The owner of the house garantized those data in General Registration Agency of Data Privacy.

5. The owner of the house will inform the client could execute his rights of access, ratification,
cancellation and even opposite by letter to him.

6. When you apply for a booking on line, every client accept and authorized automatically the data.

7. At the same time, we inform to the client that has booked, his data will be sent to the different
companies that have to do with the reservation, whatever country they are:

- System operator of reservation, Software Engineering Tenerife S.L. in Tenerife, Spain.
- Internet Provider, >>1 &1 IONOS Interner AG, << in Montabaur, <Germany.

G) Confidential

The owner of the house guarantee that all the data will be strictly confidential, with the only
exception in point “F”. The owner of the house guarantee that all data will be kept according to the
Spanish law, and will not ever be misunderstood.zum Anfang

H) Handing over key

The handing over key will took place in the same house. That’s why is necessary that you let us
know the arrival time by e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp.


1. The handing over key, is after 5 pm. Check-in 17:00 hours. The return key to the owner, will be
before 12:00 am, Check-out. By mutual agreement, and in cases that is not more arrivals or checkout,
the guest could leave later on.

2.The guest is committed to inform the owner about the arrival time, or a possible delay per
telephone or SMS.


3. It is not permitted stay more people that have booked. In case that happens will be
automatically cancellated the reservation.

4. The handing over key will took place in the same house. The house will be given in a perfect
stand of use and cleaned.

5. The clean of the house will be made by the guest.

6. The guest is committed to return the house in the same conditions that he did get when he
arrived. The final cleaning is included in the price of renting.

7. According to the time of the stay, we will supply towels and bedclothes for every guest may
need.

8. The guest is committed to pay any injured or damage during his stay before leaving.

I) Caution

The amount of € 300.- will be under guarantee per house and stay, just to protect any damage that
may happens indoor or outside as well.
Once the check Out, and is not any incidence, the guest will get return the caution, in the next 48
hours.
We remind you, that the CAUTION (€ 300,00) has to be done in our bank account before 72 hours
of arrival for being valid the booking. We kindly request that when you make the bank transfer,
please write the concept “FIANZA”, reservation number, name and sure name. (For example,
“FIANZA” 000…Smith)
